Siobhan has 30+ years of experience in the appraisal field, is designated by the Appraisal Institute, and is a Certified General Appraiser with the State of California. She has experience appraising various types of commercial, industrial, agricultural, multi-residential and single family residential properties, valuing of right-of-way, as well as fractional interests of properties. Clients include property owners, attorneys, accountants, financial institutions, private business and public agencies.

With Semple Appraisals since 2000, Sheila is a Certified Residential Appraiser, licensed by the California Bureau of Real Estate Appraisers. Her experience has focused on appraisal of Bay Area residential properties for tax purposes.
